I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Ricondo & Associates
Interview
The interview is super easy. It is completely unstructured. You speak with 3-4 people about your background, your interests, the birds, the sky etc.. The question that determines the outcome of the interview process is about your salary expectations. If you provide a number that is below their average salary for this position, you are in. This happens because they know two things. First, they do cookie-cutter work, so anyone can do it. Second, they do not need to get to know you very well because most likely, you will resing in a short time.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ricondo & Associates (Chicago, IL) in July 2019
Interview
Simple interview process where you meet with 3 individuals that will be on your team. They really just want to get to know you. No technical questions or anything out of the ordinary. If you're right out of college, they want to know how involved you were in extracurriculars.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ricondo & Associates (Chicago, IL) in May 2015
Interview
A full day of speaking with officers and higher level employees, as well as a lunch and some conversation with similiar-level employees. The entire process took almost an entire day, but there was nothing overly stressful about the process. Not looking to fool you, just looking for honest conversation
