Great! They asked lots of questions specifically about programming and the problem domain; no irrelevant brain teasers. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly; I would definitely interview here again.

Question 1
There was a good refactoring exercise where they handed you a crufty old (small) program and asked you to make changes to it, I liked that one.
I submitted a cover letter and resume and then heard from the hiring manager that they would like to do a first round video interview. I interviewed over Zoom with 3 employees, then was not invited to the next round.
