Ridglea Country Club interview questions

Very professional, yet comfortable having met with 2 managers during my interview together. Was asked more about me as a person and hobbies than direct work questions. Asked me to describe my dining experiences and ability to connect with people. Seemed like they value potential employees and also are very direct with what to expect working in a country club and level of expectations that are required for the position.
