Interview
Since I applied for a position as a home-based CMC, my interviews were conducted over the phone. Both interviews lasted for approximately 30 minutes and the interviewers were very kind. Typical interview questions - nothing off the wall. I had an initial interview with a Senior Career Management Consultant and then the Regional VP.

Interview
Obtained the interview through networking. There was a phone interview first, which was followed with 1:1 interviews with stakeholders at various levels of the organization, both in person and on phone. Everyone encountered was supportive and straightforward with the information they shared and asked. There is a fair amount of paperwork to be completed.

The hiring process was straight forward with 2 telephone interviews and one personality test. The offer letter was received by email. The entire process was handled remotely. I was referred so I did not apply on line.

Interview
It was a phone screen with HR focused on experience, background and education. Traditional interview questions, strengths, weaknesses. It was for a contract role. It was remote coaching and I was interested in an office role working directly with people.
