Interview
Started off with HR that asked some typical questions such as why do you want to work here, what are some scenarios where you took lead, what are some QA tools you’ve used etc.
Next was a technical assignment.
Afterwards a final interview with some senior QA, a person I’m assuming was the manager joined in the middle of the interview without introducing themselves and asked some questions. They asked me to answer faster because there’s not a lot of time (there was 35 minutes left in the interview) then said my answers were too generic and they wanted specific answers, once I answered they just abruptly hopped off the call. Never experienced an interview like that before, very much turned me off from this position and company.
Afterwards I received no response, I’m assuming it was a rejection but it is not professional to not send out an email. Would not recommend this company.

Interview
The process was drawn out, but the most disappointing thing was the automated feedback at the end of the process, just so that they could say that they had gotten back to me.
Rightsline has a well thought out process. There was the opportunity to connect with senior leadership on the Sales Team as part of the interview process. All the typical steps and areas of focus you would expect in a Sales focused interview process.
