Interview
The interview and decision process was incredibly smooth. Great first impression - everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I like that the company is family-based so it creates a very warm atmosphere.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rigil (Washington, DC) in July 2016
Interview
I was referred by a colleague. I was Interviewed by the COO, a VP, and the head of HR. I didn't seem to be what the COO thought I was, but I seem to hit it off with the head of HR and the VP. The recruiter said I'd be back to meet with CEO and COO early the following week and despite me checking in with him a couple of times, he had no news. My colleague finally caught up with him in the hall a couple of weeks later and I almost immediately got a form letter saying "Thanks, but we've hired someone else."
I wasn't surprised about not getting the job, but the way the recruiter handled it was disappointing at best.
