Two phone screens plus a day on site with seven interviews. The entire process was extremely professional and well organized. The HR department is on the ball at RingCentral! I had a person from HR handling me all day, including free lunch onsite. All of the interviewers were well prepared, experienced and asked a wide range of pertinent questions covering almost all aspects of my skill set, experience and the role expectations. I left completely impressed by the company and the IT management/personnel. Definitely thought this would be a great team and organization to work for!
