A RingCentral recruiter reached out to me on Linkedin wanting to know if I was interested in the role after reviewing my profile. I responded that I was interested as RingCental is an amazing company and the role was perfectly suited to my skill set and resume. After not hearing back from the recruiter after a few days, I reached out again asking her if the position had been filled. She sent me a link to her calendar to schedule time to talk about the position. I made an appointment and then never heard back from her. I was not looking for a job when she reached out to me but I was very interested in hearing about the role at RingCentral. I hope that other candidates are not experiencing the same situation. Very disappointing.
