The recruiter reached out to me, told me it would be a quick call. She then asked if I was still working and when I told her I was part of COVID layoffs she then proceeded to ask me what questions I had for her.
She didn't try to sell me on the company, it took over a week to get back to me after I reached out to her twice. Then, she told me they filled the role but had another one.
I said I'd be interested then never heard back.
If this is how they treat people I wouldn't want to work there.

Negative experience
Easy interview
Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RingCentral (Denver, CO) in May 2023
Interview
My resume was submitted by a Director at RingCentral. I had all the required skills for the job, yet I never received an email or phone call for an interview. Recruiters seem lazy.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nothing. They couldn't even be bothered to write an email.
Good interview process. Completed 3 stages. Position was ultimately pushed to another quarter. They were respectful of my time and communicated quickly. I do hope to explore future opportunities with them at a later date.
Lots of back and forth with corporate recruiter and multiple interviews back to back with sales leadership and team. The longest interview process I have ever experienced. The process was grueling.
