Recruiter responded to my resume. Did not meet with her, just scheduled meetings for me with three people – two in marketing, one in sales. Ten minutes into the each meeting, both “professionals” were no shows. I cancelled my third interview. Really this practice is shameful. Don’t the interviewers have a meeting reminder on their calendars, do they just chose to ignore it? Speaks volumes as to how difficult it would be to get projects done there, especially when you work in Marketing and are dependent on others to get your job done. RED FLAG city!
