So the interview process was very informal I got an email indicating there was a zoom meeting or AMS teams meeting with both the director and manager of the operations team.

so the questions they ask were have you had experience working with customers and opening and closing tickets and troubleshooting network problems on site local to the customer modems routers switches things of that sort.
