Interview
Mock tutor session, you have to type everything they say and provide alternative phrases. The content itself is easy for a fluent speaker but having to type everything and paraphrase on the spot is quite difficult
One interview and one test tutoring session in which I had to practice teaching a lesson. Both were relatively easy to do but I would recommend prepping your teaching strategy/style.

Why do you want this position and what general experience do you have
Quick interview with someone at the company to take them through a mock class. It was pretty straightforward and you were allowed to choose the article you wanted to discuss during the mock class. They got back to me super quickly as well.
