I was interviewed by two people. They took turns asking questions from a paper and writing down the responses. There were roughly 10 questions to answer, all were about prior experience and how comfortable I would be in the position, what I would do in certain situations. For this position, they want someone who has an Associates' degree, is reliable, and has worked with students before. It is beneficial to be able to work with teams, speak with, and interact with students.
