I applied online. I interviewed at Rios Global (Saint Louis, MO) in Dec 2023
Interview
The interview went alright but the job wasn’t very true to the initial listing. This was more of a solicitation role than sales. That was a little bit disappointing but they were nice regardless.
3 Rounds of interviews. 2nd was 1 on 1 and very thorough. Everyone made sure all my questions were answered. The hiring team was very professional and I did feel like I got a good understanding of the role and responsibilities

Question 1
Do I feel confident in my ability to learn new skills and be pushed out of my comfort zone.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Rios Global in Oct 2023
Interview
2-3 interview process that was done as a "process of elimination" type thing. Unclear on what exactly they were looking for or what the job really was. First interview was a group interview (we weren't told it was), second interview was done by someone else other than HR/Management, and third interview was more of the same generic questions. Nothing really job specific, just a lot of conversational stuff about if you're competitive and like to meet and exceed goals. Interview process makes it seem quite "exclusive." Be warned that the job itself is not really what they 'market' it to you to be. I did not apply to the position, someone from their team reached out to me saying I was a good fit.

Question 1
No actual questions. We filled out a survey from the first group interview and after that it was kind of just conversations.
