Interview
First started out with a phone interview, but then didn't hear back from them for over 3 months. Then they emailed me asking to do a face to face interview, and I was hired a few weeks later.

They asked how I could be more effective than another salesman that had no technical training in what they sold.
went as expected. general interview questions. Specific to the duties/knowledge required. Was treated well. Went from interview with one person and then brought into a team setting. Overall good experience.

Interview
I had two separate in-person interviews with the Regional Director and the Senior Regional VP. I then received a verbal offer and a written offer after that. Following the offer, there was a screening process conducted. HR was very thorough and professional with the entire process.
