I applied online. I interviewed at RippleMatch (New York, NY) in Feb 2020
Interview
Had a standard video call interview talking about interests and background with the founder. Seemed very friendly but also seemed to over inflate his ego and founding of the company throughout. Otherwise, it was very straightforward and a pleasant conversation.
Then did a technical screening with one of their engineers. Probably the worst preparation I have experienced from a technical interview. Was given no guidelines or instructions. Also there was a lack of communication beforehand, so I was not expecting to interview that day. The questions however were pretty simple, like how do you code this up and what do you look for.
It just seemed so unstructured on their end.
