Interview
I had a phone screening followed by an in person meeting with two team members and my potential manager (the CEO). The final interview was with the entire team. Each interview lasted between 60-90 minutes.

There were a lot of questions/ conversations focused on culture. It was clear to me that this is important to Rippleshot.
Diligent review, phone-call interview followed by an in-person interview with small team. Efficient process and true to culture. Fun, energetic, interesting, and "real". Try to be genuine and show how your experience is a valuable asset to the company.

I submitted the application on school career website, then met the companies' representative onsite in school career fair. Got an phone Interview in about a week and got an offer in another week.
