It was a very long 7 week process with 5 rounds of interviews. HR screening, hiring manager, case study, 2 x Sales lead and International Marketing in person then they added another round with VP of Marketing. Bit of silence towards the end of process. Local team was super nice and friendly, it’s a true scale-up vibe and the hiring manager was transparent about the role, speed and mentioned it’s not for everyone. However It was mentioned that APAC marketing is not where it should be and a few comments were made. After all of this, I didn’t hear back. Only when I chased, I got an email saying that they’ve decided to change the role. Then an hour later the new job ad was up… Now I can see the job has been updated again. It was a shame as Rippling sounded like a good company with good local teams. Proceed with caution, it seems like they are still trying to figure out what they need.
