Interview
There's 3 rounds. The first round is a 15 minute phone call with a recruiter. Here they ask you standard stuff like "Why do you want to work here? Why are you looking for a new job? What do you know about us? etc" Once you get past that they send you a take home assignment with some problem solving and logic questions. They also have you reply to a sample email from a customer and they grade you on your empathy, grammar, presentation, etc. If you get past that the final round is two 45 minute zoom interviews with two different supervisors that ask you STAR questions.

Typical STAR questions. Tell me about a time you solved a difficult problem or handled an upset customer. They also have a sample queue assignment and they just want to see your thought process with prioritizing the tasks.

Once you apply and if you are shortlisted you will get an assessment email where you have to draft an email regarding the pay issue of an employee and there wil be some MCQ questions and once you complete it you will be email for 2nd round that is call with HR in zoom for 15 minutes and then if you get shortlisted you will get an email with the next round of interviews that there will be 2 managers round

Assessment where it asks you to write an email and few aptitude questions.
There are 2-3 interview rounds after that. Screening, department and then the final one with the hiring manager
