I applied through other source. I interviewed at Rippling (Dublin, Dublin) in May 2026
Interview
Nothing terribly good or bad to say, other than first interview was moved 20 minutes before and then a junior recruiter joined the second one. From there I was moved to a second interview. Then I got an automatic rejection email a week later and asked for some feedback and was ignored.
Inexperienced people trying to build a solution in a toxic environment. The reviews here speak for themselves - I only went for the interview just to see what it was like, but I didn’t have any intention of taking the role if I had been offered it.

Nothing of any significance - poor boiler plate questions
I applied online. I interviewed at Rippling (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process usually begins with submitting your resume and a brief screening call with HR or a recruiter to review your background and interest in the role. Next, there may be a skills assessment or test relevant to the position, such as a case study, technical exercise, or problem-solving task. The first-round interview typically involves a manager or team lead, focusing on both behavioral questions and role-specific scenarios. A second or final round may include multiple interviews or a panel, evaluating deeper technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and cultural fit. Successful candidates then receive an offer, can negotiate terms, and complete any required background checks before starting.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling (New York, NY) in July 2025
Interview
I initially did an HR interview. I then met with Director. Then met with Direct and Senior Manager another day. Then did a presentation on leadership style that lasted 1 hour
