The initial member of the recruiting team that I spoke with was professional, informative, and communicative. I was fast forwarded after the initial call to the virtual on-site interview which was a mixed experience. Team members were pleasant to speak with but mostly did not seem prepared with questions. Several of them started the interviews by asking me what questions I had, instead of actually interviewing me. The frustrating part was that I was then given feedback by the recruiter that they didn't get as much information as they would have liked. I still spoke with the head of the recruiting team, who seemed shocked when I shared my previous salary, even though it's completely typical for my years of experience. The thing that stands out most however, is that after 2 weeks I never heard back from anyone. Based on other Glassdoor reviews, it appears that the lack of following up post on-site is not a one-off occurrence. My suggestions would be for this team to get more organized and to prepare interview questions ahead of time rather than blaming the candidate for not getting enough information out of them.
