I had a call with the Recruiter, and she kept zoning out or looking elsewhere. This really threw me off because it felt like she was disinterested and did not care what I had to say. This led me to fumble and apologize for stumbling over my words. There was not a lot of acknowledgement which would have been nice because I was super excited about this opportunity.

The process consisted of an initial recruiter phone screen followed by a secondary interview with the Hiring Manager. While the recruiter screen was standard and professional, the transition to the Hiring Manager stage was where the experience significantly declined.
