Overall, the interview process was straightforward and typical of common UX Research interviews, with at least 3 stages of interviews (including a recruiter call, a conversation and technical interview with hiring manager, and panel interview with portfolio showcase).

After the final interview/before the offer discussion, references were contacted.
I got through the screening interview with a recruiter from Rippling and was invited to do a portfolio presentation. I wasn't asked many questions about the presentation/ case study itself and was asked a few scenario questions in the portfolio review.
