I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling (Bengaluru) in July 2022
Interview
smooth interview process, very well structured , organised and fast.
Had 4 rounds but it was very quick. questions are related to experience. Best part is potential and is also accounted for not just relevant experience. Great interaction felt like conversation more than interview

Question 1
What processes or process did you have to put in place to help manage the team.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rippling (New York, NY) in Oct 2024
Interview
phone screen -> 1x1 hiring manager -> case study presentation to panel
Usually 5-7 business days for the recruiter to follow up with me between interview stages. I moved through all rounds including the case study presentation (which IMO was too big of an ask for an interview unless of course they wanted free consulting) and was rejected because they decided to hire internally.

Interview
very cold interview process. first time i've ever had an interview and left feeling like I didn't want to join the company. the people just seemed unenjoyable to work with and very serious.

Question 1
mentioned how getting things done asap is priority at the company and got the vibe that it was all work and no fun. smart people have options why go somewhere that seems so miserable.
