interview process was pretty exhausting, first round interview was with Global HR , she asked common questions like tell me about yourself , why rippling, past work experience , my internal and external stake holders I worked in the past etc. its about 30 min
second round was with department head, he looked very arrogant and asked very silly questions. he makes you feel like you are lying and continuously interrogate you and demean you that even your self confidence collapse in a second. second round is all about your past work experience and stupid questions to make you look like a fool infront of panel.
