Interview
1) 30 minute phone screen with internal recruiter
2) 30 minute interview with Sr Dir of Sales Dev (not hiring manager but senior to the role)
3) 30 minute interview with peer-level
4) 30 minute interview with another Sr Dir of Sales Dev
5) 45min-1hr presentation to both Sr Dir of Sales Dev leaders in prior interviews
The interview process was very thorough. There was clear communication throughout the whole process. It started with a simple screen and ended with a 45 minute presentation. You can tell they are taking the time to hire the right people.
