I interviewed at Rise Baking Company (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
I had a phone screen with the HR Talent Partner who was very communicative to the point of phone interview, however no follow up occurred an lack of any communication as promised. What was shared in written communication as focusing on human first interactions did not match my experience in any way and I would not recommend pursing this organization.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rise Baking Company (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2025
Interview
They sought me out on a reference. It started with email correspondence which led to video conference screening followed by an in-person interview with the team. Once they were satisfied with that, they made an offer and the background check process began.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rise Baking Company (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was not only efficient, it was fun! Every single person I spoke with at Rise Baking Company was an absolute joy!
We started with a phone screening with the Talent Acquisition Manager, which was about an hour long. This was followed by three one-hour interviews with members of the People Team, including the SVP, HR, Regional Director of Human Resources, Senior HR Manager, and Director of Payroll & Administration. All of the interviews were virtual.
