It was a straightforward process. I applied online and received an email a short while later asking me to interview over the phone. Whole process took a couple weeks. Basic questions were asked.
One Zoom call after passing technical skills test, standard interview questions like “tell me about yourself” and “why do you want to work at Rise.” Received offer soon after (said they cut down interview rounds from 3 to 1). Interviewer was really nice!

Interview
I was first introduced to the company through a friend who was employed there. He put me in touch with the HR manager, with whom I then had a couple of phone interviews with. After this, they invited me into the office for a round of 1:1 interviews where they asked me about my resume, my experience with digital marketing, and why I was interested in digital offering. They gave me an offer soon after.
