I applied online. I interviewed at Rise Medical Staffing (Portland, OR)
Interview
Phone screening + Sit Down Interview. After the phone screening the sit down interview was scheduled. It was a standard interview process but included "fun questions" at the end that asked preferences on music and your ideal atmosphere. There is no front desk so it's really awkward when you walk in because everyone stares at you. The interview takes place in a separate room. Loud music and disco lights seem to be a thing there. They also have a ping pong table.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Rise Medical Staffing (Sacramento, CA) in July 2016
Interview
It was an extensive screening...phone interview, scheduled an in-person interview afterward. The experience once I got there is a laid back vibe but yes, it was kind of awkward walking into no front-desk. The interview process was welcoming and before they began the interview they put me in a conference room with some pay scale in front of me and my cover letter and resume up. The interview process almost took an hour from what I felt and there were a variety of questions that gauged personality but also asked about experiences and situational questions regarding hiring and firing issues and your ability to assess a situation.
