I heard about the job through my guidance counselor and applied through the website scheduled an interview and met at a local cafe near my school and had about a 30 min interview.
Basic questions, friendly staff. Pretty short interview, asked the types of questions I was expecting. If you are looking for a fun summer job, this is the place to be. I had a great summer and learned something to.

Interview
I knew the site manager from college, once I applied, I was contacted by the manager for an offer of employment. I was also asked if I was interested in another position, but based on my lack of prior experience, I would've needed to be interviewed by someone else. I got the original position I applied for over the phone. And just had to scan over the paperwork back to their office.
