I applied online. I interviewed at Rising Tide Capital in Apr 2026
Interview
One interview with the head of HR and one with the Executive Director. Each interview was a zoom interview and lasted about an hour. The questions were direct and oriented towards gauging my work style and level of experience. Throughout both interviews I received very positive engagement with my responses as well as a good deal of positive direct feedback. I was told a timeline for when a decision would be made and thought that would mean they would contact me regardless. I was wrong and the deadline they gave came and went with no further contact. I found it strange that despite strong positive feedback and a final interview they did not feel the need to to let me know they had chosen another candidate.
