the interview was easy & pretty straightforward. there were a lot of behavioral questions, manager was nice to talk to. the process from recruiter and setting up interview was easy

Interview
The initial phase was a 30 minute phone interview with a screener. She was an overzealous type who clearly takes that part of her responsibilities way too seriously. She asked a variety of questions and seemed to enjoy going out of her way to make me feel foolish.

She asked me about a particular type of insurance I have little experience with. I mentioned that, but she wouldn't let it go. She pressed for not only a definition but also what types of claims arise from it.
