The interview process was swift and efficient. While the recruiter was excellent, I was given the impression I had the job (discussions of salary, start date, etc.) until I followed up with her. After being rejected, the feedback that was given was that I lacked a skill set that was not addressed during my three interviews (I am highly proficient). I would advise to be more specific in questioning important make/break skills and give candidates the opportunity to elaborate on these items.
