Down to earth, one on one with a store manager. Rite Aid is full of good people. Questions were all relevant and appropriate. I wasn't super nervous or sweating bullets, people were all friendly and personable. Interview process did not last too long nor was it too short. Don't know what else to say, just wasn't intimidating but wasn't coming across as incompetent or careless either. Good experiences overall. I have had to interview for my promotions several times. So been interviewed A LOT at Rite Aid. Always felt VERY comfortable.
