They are so desperate for people that getting a position here isn't at all difficult. Just show up dressed nice and seem like a semi-responsible person and you will have no problems. They will want a degree or experience, so if you are just out of college then its a good place to break into the field. Night shift is especially short staffed and will often take those still in college if you are looking for a job to carry you through.
