Not a great experience unfortunately Standard recruiter chat -> 60 min 2 question codility varying difficulty (expires 1 week after invite) -> reject Wasn't informed codility will record you via webcam and your entire screen which is off putting Recruiter gave no insight into the level of difficulty or topics on the codility round or no prep info - which makes it hard to know what areas to focus on The difficulty of the round 1 codility doesn't align with the salary band imo, I have interviewed with google and gotten easier questions in round 1 - since i skipped DP patterns I struggled to find the solution for 1 question My advice to candidates is to grind leetcode arrays and string patterns as well as some DP questions My advice to rithum is to provide at least some insight into prep which is pretty much standard now, and to inform candidates of screen recording / webcam

Long but interesting. Not long do-it-yourself tests. Company gets involved with you. They let you inform yourself about the details of the position. All the people I met are very friendly.
