They initially told me there would be 4 rounds of interviews. After my 4th interview, they still could not make a decision. So they requested 2 references. After 2 references they still could not make a decision. So they requested another interview round with an assignment and presentation. Only silver lining is they actually called and told me directly that I was not selected, which is more than most companies bother doing.
