I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Rituals
Interview
Easy interview process with the area manager in their london head office as well as a quick meeting with the recruitment manager. Relaxed environment. Very standard questions asked around leadership and delivering to customers
Had a zoom interview, however, the whole time he clearly wasn't listening to me and fiddling with things on his desk. Knew from the start of the interview he already knew I wouldn't get the job. Didn't receive any outcome email, which I find rude.

Difficult interview
Application
I interviewed at Rituals (Newcastle upon Tyne, England)
Interview
Begins with a Teams interview with a hiring manager. If successful they will ask you to visit a store as a mystery shopper and write up a 30/60/90 plan based on your findings in preparation for an in-store interview with the store manager. The final stage is an interview with the area manager which may be conducted over Teams or in person.
The overall experience was good, I was warmly received in interviews and felt it all went well. However, after being assured I would hear back from them, nobody contacted me to let me know if I'd been successful or not, nor did they respond when I reached out to them.
This left me feeling very frustrated as I'd invested a lot of time and effort in the process and they didn't even have the decency to send a template e-mail to inform me of the outcome, or respond to my message.
