I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ritz Camera Centers (Albuquerque, NM) in Oct 2012
Interview
The Interview was average and very easy. I didn't have to pass any tests or IQ questionnaire. I was asked why I wanted to work for the company and I answered accordingly. I was in need of a job and I was an aspiring photographer so luck had it that I was offered a position with the company at the first interview and I did not look back foR another 10 years. The job was exciting and rewarding, however not in financial terms. I enjoyed working with different types of personalities and build my resume through managing different store throughout my career at different location nationwide.
