Very unprofessionally organized, asked strange questions showing lack of knowledge and experience, demonstrated more interest in personal life details than in professional achievements, not consistent with the job description, more a process for the sake of process than a result oriented approach, very arrogantly estimating and judging rather than cooperatively discussing
