Reviewed knowledge of key software that would be used to build software and mobile apps. Discussed goals and expectations. Signed non disclosure agreements. Outlined current projects and how each team member would contribute and how work should be delivered to clients. Went through some online performance and skill tests to qualify for role. Skype call to some off site software developers and web designers.
