Initial interview with a member of staff previously in this position, second stage with the head of the company. the first stage was great and was a complete contradiction of the second stage! I found the process easy and understanding. Initially, I was excited about the prospects, but was extremely put off as soon as I met the head of the company. He lacked professionalism / equality and I was quite uncomfortable by his swearing in an interview process. I would not want to work there.
