Formal. With supervisor and staff. Intro to all staff. Observed flow of office. Met with office manager. Met with billing dept. interview questions standard. Why did you choose primary care? Why did you decide on your career choice?

Interview
Did a phone interview first and was emailed for an interview. I had to contact the interviewer a few times to get it set up. The interview went great and I was told I would be contacted for a second interview with a higher up. I sent a thank you email and called to follow up a couple times but was never contacted again or told that I didn't get the job.

Interview
Interviewing process was fairly easy, Management was approachable. They did not check credentials which bothered me a but. Seems like anyone can easily apply for this position. They were pleasant and although they did not offer me the job in the location I wanted they did call me back with a position in a different location. It turned out that location was perfect and closer to where I lived. Training is long and rigorous and very repetitive. Overall, it was the easiest interview I've had thus far.
