Got rejected after completing a three-statement model assessment. The workload was unreasonable for the allotted timeframe. Candidates are expected to build a full 3-statement model AND answer 5 essay questions about their findings, all within 2.5 hours. I was unable to finish; I spent the majority of the time on the model itself and had under 10 minutes left for the essay questions. To put it in perspective: in any real work environment, no manager or colleague would expect this level of output delivered in 2.5 hours. The fact that they hold interview candidates to a standard that wouldn't even exist on the job speaks volumes about how this process was designed. When I asked for basic information about the project before starting, they refused to share anything. The lack of transparency upfront, combined with the sheer volume of work expected so early in the process (after just an initial phone screen), made this feel like a significant waste of time. If you're considering interviewing here, think carefully before committing hours of unpaid work to a process with no reasonable expectation of completion. The assessment expectations do not reflect what a respectful hiring process looks like.

Got rejected after the 3 statement financial model assessment even though i completed it accurately. I was also told that if i didn’t pass my financial model assessment that i would get a BI assessment as well. That didnt happen and got rejected straight up.
