I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Riverpoint Management (Pittsburgh, PA) in Sept 2016
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter out of the blue. I never applied there. They didn't answer any of my questions but kept talking about their great business model and successful team. The office is in a residential area without any professional business signs except for one crooked cardboard in the window. I was waiting in a run down office with 4 other candidates, while filling out a questionnaire with basic resume questions. Receptionist was cold calling and scheduling more candidates, while playing loud music in-between calls to drown out the ongoing interview you could otherwise listen to easily through the thin walls. Riverpoint Management is a sales scam company, masked as a marketing firm. They mass recruit and disguise minimum wage positions with no benefits as incredible career opportunities. You sell/offer random products at Costco or Sam's Club and collect customer feedback for who-knows how long and once you are good at it you build your own sales team and move up the ladder eventually becoming the 20-something, who interviewed you, called the president. It's a pyramid scheme. Good luck!
