Riverside Research Computational Electromagnetics Methods Developer interview questions

I interviewed with them for two jobs, there incredibly flaky. I enjoyed my interview with the hiring manager however they didn’t even have funds for the project granted prior. They seemed decently knowledgeable but there were a few topic I brought up that they didn’t seem to have an understanding of. The worst part by far was the HR person who set up the interview, between the first and second interview was a month gap because she “took a break”. Even worse yet is how they haven’t given me any answer one way or the other after three rounds of interviews for two different positions, one of which they recommended and submitted me for.
