What a disorganized process and a bunch of unprofessional interviewers!! First off, there was a lot of back and forth just to set up interviews across time zones. There was a dedicated person to schedule those interviews, called a "Candidate Experience Partner", but unfortunately the whole experience was mediocre where I had to point out wrong interview times quite a few times.
Additionally, there was an incidence where one of the interviewers scheduled me for another interview the next day because he didn't feel he had enough time to interview me during our first call.. Then, 15 minutes before that second interview, he asked for the interview to be rescheduled. Then once we had that second interview, he asked the same exact questions, and we ended the interview after exactly 18 minutes! And he neither took notes in the first interview nor in the second interview. Wow, you hear that deadlines at Rivian are "yesterday" from four interviewers throughout the interview process, then you figure out where that time is actually wasted!
Also, I was asked to conduct a case study, and I put a lot of time in it. Of course, as usual, you're asked not to spend more than a couple of hours on it but it ends up taking days to work through it and prepare a presentation.
Then, you present, and get great feedback right on the spot, but then you never hear from them again!
