Was requested to interview with the hiring manager on a Saturday. Hiring manager wasn't super prepared and spent the first 10 minutes on the phone walking through the plant. Typical questions about culture fit and fixated on safeguarding of machinery. I received a generic rejection letter with no feedback even after being very accommodating towards their needs Poor experience.
