Process consisted of a phone screen, a technical interview, and then a 4 panel interview. The panels being a low-level firmware technical, high-level software technical, system design, and cross functional. Although, all of them pretty much ended up being low-level technical/coding type interviews. The process was great until the 4-panel interview where 3/4 of the interviewers felt either condescending or underprepared. Interviewers felt like they were coming up with questions on the spot which subsequently made them feel incomplete at times.
