Seemed like an interesting company on the surface and initial recruiter contact went well. But the actual interview process was a letdown. The interviewers showed up late, were easily distracted, and seem to have differing ideas on what the role is, expectations and what success looks like. One of the interviewers, was actually very off-putting and aggressive. From a candidate's point of view, she entered the interview hot and with her mind already made up. Post interview communications was a breakdown with no feedback or clarification on anything.
